The Boat House Secret

There are some typos that are rather jarring in this book. There is also some repetition. These two things may turn off some readers. The positives are that Jenessa finally chooses between Logan and Mike. Also, Logan and Jenessa have been searching for the son they gave up for adoption while they were just teenagers. Do they find the son? Jenessa is getting too close to the murder suspect in this book as someone tries to run her down in the street. However, Logan pushes her out of the way and he gets hurt instead and lands in the hospital. Who wants to protect their secrets so much that they are willing to run down Jenessa? The murder is several years old. Why would it matter now? Who has too much to lose if their involvement in the murder were revealed? What if more than one person was involved in the murder? Who is the actual guilty party? You will have to read the book to find out the answers to all these questions. It is also important to note that this is a clean book. No swearing and no sex so if you are looking for a sexy mystery, this is not for you.

ANOTHER GREAT. MYSTERY. from BURROUGHS

I have all of this author's books, Love her writing, I can get involved in the story line.

Boat house secret will grab you and keep involved from page 1 to the last page..Don't Delay get this
newest book today, then get comfortable and settle in for a delightful read...with all kinds of twists
and surprises...

No Disappointment Here!

I was waiting excitedly for this third installment in the Jenessa Jones series, and it was certainly no disappointment. All of the wonderful characters from the previous books (with a few new ones sprinkled in), a terrific mystery that kept twisting and turning, and a nice sprinkling of romance. . . all of the things that Debra Burroughs does so well. As for the ending, well, I certainly did NOT see that coming! There's a really nice settling of several ongoing issues. I just hope that there will be more of Jenessa to come!
